5.2 Customer management –execution of agreements - services

Bonito Studio uses service providers located outside the European Economic Area (EEA),such as US-based service providers. Therefore, your personal data can be transferred outside the EEA, in particular to the USA (for which an EU-USFramework currently exists). Bonito Studio takes all necessary appropriate measures and safeguards to ensure adequate protection of your personal data, including the adoption of standard contractual clauses and additional(technical, organizational or contractual) measures with regard to the service provider located in countries outside the EEA.
