Why this exists

Events, retreats, and festivals are some of the most powerful experiences people invest in. They mark transitions, build communities, and create memories that shape who we become. The brands behind these experiences deserve identities that match what they're building.

We've spent years working with brands in events and experiences because we believe these are the spaces where people are moved, transformed, and given moments they remember for the rest of their lives. That work matters. And the brands behind it deserve identities that can carry the weight of what they're creating.

This year, we're choosing one brand in this space and giving them the same project, the same process, and the same care we give every Bonito client.

What you receive

A complete brand identity and a launch-ready landing page, delivered over approximately 10 weeks.

Brand strategy

  • Discovery workshop (90 minutes, remote)
  • Brand positioning, audience definition, and messaging framework
  • Tone of voice guidelines

Visual identity

  • Primary logo and supporting marks
  • Colour palette
  • Typography system
  • Core visual elements (such as patterns, iconography, or photography direction as relevant)
  • Brand guidelines document (digital, approximately 15 pages)
  • All final files in working and export formats (AI, SVG, PNG, PDF)

Landing page

  • One bespoke landing page on Bonito’s standard build stack
  • Up to 6 sections, fully responsive, written and designed end to end
  • One round of post-launch content tweaks (within 2 weeks of going live)

The Process

  • One round of strategic revision
  • Two rounds of visual identity / landing
  • Weekly check-ins during active design phases

What is not included

  • Full multi-page website build
  • Copywriting
  • Print collateral, packaging, or merchandise design
  • Typographic commercial licenses
  • Photography or videography shoots
  • Ongoing retainer work post-delivery
  • Domain, hosting, or third-party integrations, platform or software costs
  • Social media template kits (available as paid add-ons)
